Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is CHILLER RENOVATION CENTER Sp. z o.o., ul. Garbarska 18 lok. 11, 20-340 Lublin, Poland (evroprom.sales@evroprom.com). We process the data you provide when placing an order or contacting us (name, company, address, e-mail, phone, VAT ID) only to fulfil the order, issue invoices, arrange delivery and meet legal accounting obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f)). Data is shared only with carriers and our accounting provider, is not sold and is not transferred outside the EEA except for deliveries you order to a non-EEA country. Invoicing data is stored for 5 years as required by Polish law; other data — until the order is completed or you ask us to delete it. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, to object and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). The site uses only the cookies needed for the cart, language and currency.
