Returns and refunds

You may return a unit within 14 days of delivery if it has not been installed or put into operation and is in the same condition as received. To start a return, write to evroprom.sales@evroprom.com with your order number — we reply within 2 working days with return instructions. Return transport is paid by the buyer; if the unit is defective or does not match the description, we cover the transport. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account the payment came from within 14 days after we receive the unit back.
